The Participant agrees to pay 30% of the compensation upfront in either digital or liquid forms of payments.
The 30% upfront (“compensation”) cannot be refunded if a model cannot attend (“the Production”), if the weather changes if (the “Production”) is outdoors,
or if a studio or location permit fails.
The Participant agrees that the other 70% of (“compensation”) will be expected to be paid once the production is completed and given to the participant either via email, flash drive or printed photocopies.
Lost Alien Girl Photography LLC (Zabrina Chavez), respectfully requests permission to use the rights and credit from your image, face, voice and likeness in her videos and photographs, which will become part of (the “Production”)
This Production will be recorded on digital and/or film formatting(s) for later broadcast. Depending on the content, as well as distributed on video. The following provided by you may be used in future promotional and marketing campaigns on Lost Alien Girl official social media accounts.
I affirm, I hereby freely and without restraint Consent to and give unto the Producer and agents or assigns or anyone authorized by the Producer, (collectively referred to herein as the "Releasees") the unrestrained right in permanently to own, utilize, or alter the Waiver of Release of Liability and Release of Image For Use , in any manner the Releasees may see fit and for any purpose whatsoever, all of the foregoing to be without limitation of any kind.
To the fullest extent, I waive that Lost Alien Girl Photography LLC is NOT legally responsible for my physical safety. I hereby waive that Lost Alien Girl Photography LLC is NOT responsible for; any lost items, potential harm, or disruption of the peace during the time (the “Production”) is being recorded.
I hereby understand I may have or may hereafter acquire against the Releasees or any of them for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark violation, right of publicity, or false light arising out of or in connection with the utilization by the Releasees or another of the Released Subject Matter.
